Formula One racing’s governing body, the FIA, has welcomed a team initiative to reduce the carbon emissions produced by the sport. The teams have committed to working closely with the FIA to develop new F1 engine and powertrain regulations that from 2013 will require all cars to incorporate technologies designed to enhance fuel efficiency…
