Lewis Hamilton performed for the crowds at the Goodwood Festival of Speed today. He took over the McLaren MP4-2C driven by Jenson Button yesterday and later drove his title-winning MP4-23. Also turning up at the Festival for the first time this weekend were Heikki Kovalainen and Mercedes reserve driver Nick Heidfeld.
It’s the final day of the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Lewis Hamilton , Heikki Kovalainen and hill record holder Nick Heidfeld are among those expected to turn up.

The second day of the Goodwood Festival of Speed saw Formula 1 drivers past and present driving a selection of spectacular racing machines. World champion Jenson Button drove Alain Prost’s McLaren which won the 1986 world championship while Mark Webber demonstrated last year’s Red Bull. Bruno Senna drove his uncle’s last McLaren and HRT team mate Karun Chandhok was at the wheel of Keke Rosberg’s championship-winning Williams.
Jarno Trulli says Lotus are doing better than they expected in 2010 and believes the team will be even stronger next year. Speaking at the Goodwood Festival of Speed here said: To be honest I’m enjoying it

Adrian Newey in his Red Bull-Renault RB5 at Goodwood Red Bull star designer Adrian Newey has been given one of the team’s 2009 cars. He was presented with the RB5 at the Goodwood Festival of Speed today. He drove the car up the hill today and will drive it again tomorrow.
