Now in its sixth year, the official F1™ Party celebrates the official launch of this weekend’s Silverstone race, whilst simultaneously raising funds for the London hospital’s new heart and lung centre.

McLaren marked the 40th anniversary of the death of team founder Bruce McLaren on Wednesday at their Woking headquarters. McLaren, who won four Grands Prix, died on June 2, 1970 while testing a McLaren Can-Am car at Goodwood. The entire company gathered outside the McLaren Technology Centre for a minute’s silence during the afternoon.
